The Fujitsu FM Towns II HC placed a 90 MHz Pentium processor inside the mature Towns multimedia platform. With 8MB of memory and a large hard disk, it delivered a dramatic performance increase for Windows software while retaining access to Towns applications.
Released near the end of the dedicated Towns era, the HC shows how closely the range had converged with mainstream PCs by 1995. It stands among the fastest computers to carry the FM Towns II identity.
