The Tandy 5000 MC was a high-end 386 business computer built around IBM’s Micro Channel Architecture. It paired a 20 MHz processor with PS/2-style peripherals and expansion in an attempt to serve demanding corporate installations.
Its use of the proprietary Micro Channel bus made it an unusual branch of Tandy’s otherwise ISA-oriented professional PC line.
