The Amiga 3000UX packaged the A3000 with additional memory, suitable SCSI storage and AMIX Unix. It retained the ability to run AmigaOS while targeting software development, networking and technical work.
It was Commodore’s most polished Unix workstation and demonstrated the professional ambitions of the A3000 architecture.
