Apple Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh was introduced in 20 March 1997. It was a limited luxury all-in-one created to mark Apple's twentieth anniversary, with a thin LCD panel and Bose sound system. It combined PowerPC 603e at 250 MHz with 32MB; expandable to 128MB.
Its dramatic design anticipated later display-focused Apple desktops but the original $7,499 price restricted sales.
